Executed throughout the year for individual Athletes and scaled for group settings. Maintain balance to prevent undesirable outcomes.

High level of body awareness, body control, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. Patterns and repetitions that translate to matches.
Science Based Testing
Testing for Limitations and Outputs allows our team to formulate a Science based approach to individual and group training. These measurements are tracked over short and long periods of time.
