520 Athletics offers sports performance training in Richmond, VA and the surrounding areas. Our team is focused on developing high level athletes that understand how to approach their sport, training, recovery, nutrition, and sportsmanship. We offer individual training tailored to the Athlete, as well as group sessions that allow our staff to oversee injury proofing, strength, and power training during the season. Mr. Combs has nearly two decades of coaching experience, training field sport athletes from U8 through the professional leagues. His personal athletic experience in conjunction with professional accreditations, mentorships, and real time application has helped shape the methodology and execution of the 520 Athletics curriculum.
