Individual Training Sessions

90 minutes, One-on-One training with Coach Adam Combs. Sessions are programmed based on the Athletes current needs and long term goals. This approach to Athletic Development is for the dedicated Athlete who is committed to achieving very specific goals at a high level.

Group Training Sessions

Group Sessions are open for Athletes focusing on Speed/Agility/C.O.D., Injury Prevention, Strength, Power, and Endurance. In-season, off-season.

Each participating Athlete must continue to demonstrate proficiency in all movement standards and execution.

Athletes are required to complete our on-board testing beforehand.

$150 On-board Testing

All Athletes are required to complete our testing before participating in Individual or Group Training. Testing data is measured and saved within our digital Athlete portal.
